Clark’s quilt

I have another finish! This quilt was also on my January Git it Done list for the quilting, so that was accomplished.

Clark’s quilt is finished except for hand stitching the binding to the back of the quilt.

Clark's quiltHere is the front. I love the stars that appear! It is supposed to look like stars on the lake as my brother and his wife love spending time on the water. The binding is on, just not turned and stitched down. My mom is having surgery this month and I will leave the binding to work on while I am sitting with her.

Clark's backThe back is fleece and I did simple stitch-in-the-ditch quilting. I used wool batting for the light weight and warmth. I hope it will be super snuggly and that Clark will get a lot of use out of it!

I really like this quilt and can’t wait to get the binding on and wash it!

Go check out what everyone else is showing off at Amanda Jean’s Finish It Up Friday!
